At this time, we do not accept any form of insurance. However, we do provide a superbill—a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many clients find this helpful in accessing some level of out-of-network coverage while paying upfront for their sessions.
While we can provide the necessary documentation, please note that we are unable to communicate with insurance companies or assist with the claims process beyond provision of a superbill. We encourage you to check with your insurer to understand your specific out-of-network benefits. Axolotl Counseling and Neurofeedback does accept payment through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which can be a convenient option for many clients.
